Our most popular custom cycling jersey is constructed using a 155gsm technical sweat wicking fabric exclusive to VO2 sportswear. Utilising the VO2 Ultra Dri technology this is the perfect jersey for any level of cyclist, and the short sleeved version is ideal for warm days or in conjunction with arm warmers for a multi-season garment.
The VO2 Velocity range of jerseys are crafted using advanced fit technology to provide the most comfortable riding experience possible. These jerseys are designed to wick moisture from the surface of the skin and push it to the surface of the jersey to evaporate quicker. This push-pull moisture management system allows the body to maintain a consistent, comfortable body temperature.

- The zip-lock system holds the zipper firmly in position whilst being easy to adjust with one hand whilst in the saddle.
- The Velocity custom cycling jersey is available as a short or long sleeved garment.
- 3 elasticated pockets on the rear of the jersey are perfect for storage of drinks bottles or energy gels.
- Available in a gender specific fit and junior sizes.
- Mesh pockets to rear for storage.

Fabric
We’ve carefully selected the best fabrics for our jersey ranges, offering more choice and customised style to club kits across all positions and levels of the game. Choose from the smooth Okato fabric for a grab-resistant finish or the textured Nataki with single direction stretch for further rigidity and enhanced breathability.
Okato – 93% Polyester, 7% Lycra. Features a four-way stretch for player comfort and figure hugging shape. Breathable and soft for a second-skin feel Okato is smooth, aerodynamic and grab resistant.
Nataki – 100% Polyester. Super strong with a single direction stretch that is enhanced to have a high level of wicking for player comfort. It has a textured knit, which adds to the structure of the garment and promotes a professional look. Easy care. Fully sublimated for great looking kits.

Rugby Shirts are manufactured to fit a chest size assuming the player will be wearing under garments and padding. Sample garments are available for specific sizing requirements.

Round / Tunnel Neck
Made into the garment as opposed to being a separate panel to enhance aerodynamic performance. It’s strong, durable and comfortable.
V-Neck
An alternative classic look. Taped seams add strength and the collar can be used to contrasting design effect.
Y-Neck
a contemporary and stylish, the construction of the Y-Neck collar is made to ensure comfort for a larger physical build whilst still being extremely robust.
Granddad Collar
